The stainless WQ series is a submersible sewage pump for water that eats metal—salty water, chemical waste, plating rinse water, food plant washdown. The pump end is fully stainless steel, so it can sit in that water year after year without rusting through. It comes in three steel grades, and each grade suits a different job. 304 is the standard pick for everyday work. 316 goes further and handles salt water, brine and stronger chemicals. 316L is for welded parts and the toughest conditions. The price steps are small and easy to plan: about 20% more to move from 304 to 316, and 5–6% more again to reach 316L. You match the steel to the water, and you only pay for what the duty actually needs. The range has 36 models, all running at 3,000 rpm. Because these pumps spin fast, they build head without adding bulk: a 2.5-inch pump reaches 60 m, and the line spans 10–180 m³/h, 2 to 6 inch outlets and 0.75–15 kW. That is what lets them fit into basement sumps, plant rooms and boat bilges where a slower, larger pump simply cannot go.
